Banff, Lake Louise celebrate winter during Snow Days

See the beauty of Alberta during the festival of snow—dubbed Snow Days—in Banff and Lake Louise, on Tuesday through Jan. 27.

Situated in Banff National Park, visitors will keep each other warm by celebrating in all of winter’s beauty. From fires to keep you toasty, to the world-class Ice Magic Festival, there’s sure to be something for everyone.

See ice carvers work their magic in what Banff and Lake Louise Tourism describes as a combined “gruelling physicality with precision artistry in the ice carving competition.”

Snow Days is free to attend during the week and before 10 a.m. or after 5:30 p.m. on weekends.
